Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

How long it takes

Orders are delivered within approximately 1 to 14 working days of confirmation, depending on your location and on what you ordered.

Prescription lenses are made to order and typically add a few days to that window, since each pair is cut to your prescription before dispatch.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, and the order value above which delivery is free, are shown in your cart before you pay. The amount displayed at checkout is what you will be charged.

Tracking your order

Use the Track Order page with your order number (beginning OV-) to see your order's current stage, from confirmation through to delivery.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, strikes, courier disruption or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed if that happens to your order.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and PIN code carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace it at no cost to you.
