All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to show colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Where you order prescription lenses, you are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription you upload. We make lenses to the values you provide. We recommend your prescription is no more than one year old and issued by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Prescription lenses are made to order for you individually. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for what that means for returns.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the details you gave, or if we suspect fraud.
Listed stock is indicative. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
